Progressive commission statements

How Progressive delivers commission statements

The terms of use of Progressive’s agent site, For Agents Only (FAO), describe it as giving agents access to agent records “including commission statements”, and say online commission statements need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to open. What to check on Progressive statements

Who can open the statement

Online statements need a PIN. Decide who in the agency holds it and who downloads the statement each month, so the check does not wait on one person; how to download and archive commission statements covers a routine.

Download set up separately

Because Progressive download runs on its own software, it can fail without other carriers’ downloads stopping. If Progressive lines stop appearing in your system, check that first.
