## Carrier pages

- [The Hartford commission statements](https://getlapidar.com/carriers/hartford-commission-statements/): What The Hartford publishes about the commission statements it sends independent agents, with a source for every line, and what to check when one arrives.
- [Travelers commission statements](https://getlapidar.com/carriers/travelers-commission-statements/): What Travelers says publicly about the commission statements and compensation it gives independent agents, with sources, and what to check on each statement.
- [Safeco commission statements](https://getlapidar.com/carriers/safeco-commission-statements/): Safeco is part of Liberty Mutual. This page collects what is public about how Safeco agents receive commission data, with sources, and what to check on each statement.
- [Nationwide commission statements](https://getlapidar.com/carriers/nationwide-commission-statements/): What Nationwide publishes about getting direct bill commission data into an agency’s system, with sources, and what to check on each statement.
- [Progressive commission statements](https://getlapidar.com/carriers/progressive-commission-statements/): What is public about how Progressive gives independent agents their commission statements, with sources, and what to check on each one. The public record is thinner than for other carriers; we say where it stops.

## How these pages are written

We include a carrier only when we could cite at least three public facts about how its agents receive commission statements: carrier pages, carrier PDFs, agency management system vendors’ carrier lists and help pages. Where the sources say nothing, for example about file format or agency bill, the page says so instead of guessing. Carriers we looked at without enough citable detail are not listed yet.
